No, we do not accept returns. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and authenticity of our skincare products. Once a product has been delivered, it is considered final and non-returnable.

Exchanges are only allowed under certain conditions and must be made while the delivery agent is still present. If you notice any damage, incorrect product, or color mismatch during delivery, you can contact our admin panel immediately to facilitate an exchange. However, once the delivery process is complete and the delivery agent leaves, no exchanges will be accepted.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order until it is delivered.

No, we do not allow cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before confirming it.

We do not provide refunds. Once your order has been confirmed and delivered, all sales are final.
